Dr. Kathrina Crystallis is a practicing General Practitioner (GP) with extensive experience across both hospital and community medicine in the NHS. Alongside her clinical work, she serves as a Clinical Director and GP Founder of a successful healthtech company that supports businesses and the NHS nationwide. Her career has been built on a commitment to excellence in healthcare, with a focus on innovation, quality, and creating meaningful impact both in direct patient care and across the wider health ecosystem.

Dr. Crystallis studied Medicine at the University of Southampton, graduating in 2012, and became a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2019. Before her medical degree, she completed a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science at Loughborough University, and she also holds postgraduate certificates in obesity management, nutrition, and AI in healthcare. This combination of medical training, scientific grounding, and technological innovation has shaped her holistic approach to health and business.

As a GP, Dr. Crystallis has a strong interest in nutrition, obesity, and public health, as well as a working knowledge of current health trends, supplements, and wellness products, areas patients and the wider public frequently ask about. In her daily practice, she regularly advises on lifestyle changes and enjoys focusing on holistic care, from small dietary swaps to supporting long-term wellbeing.

While one-to-one interventions are powerful, Dr. Crystallis recognises that a person’s health is profoundly shaped by their workplace, daily environment, and wider culture.
