DR KATHRINA CRYSTALLIS
Dr Kathrina Crystallis is a General Practitioner with extensive experience working in the NHS, spanning hospital, community, urgent care and out-of hours care. She is also a Clinical Director and GP Founder at a successful Healthtech company that supports business and the NHS nationwide. She has a commitment to excellence in healthcare, considerable expertise in developing innovative strategies for both short and long term growth in a healthcare business and a deep understanding of healthcare quality and safety standards.
Dr Crystallis qualified as a Doctor from the University of Southampton in 2012 and became a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2019. She also has a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Loughborough and a diploma in obesity management. She is currently studying for a Masters in Public Health with the London School of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene.
LUKAS TRZESZCZKOWSKI
Fueled by a passion for innovation and a sharp business acumen, has amassed a wealth of experience throughout his illustrious career.
In the ever-evolving realms of healthcare technology and entrepreneurship, Lukas stands as a visionary thought leader, adeptly crafting tailored solutions for cutting-edge healthcare software development and digital transformation. His non negotiables and strengths lie in, adaptability to evolving markets, responsiveness to clients, relationship building and, most importantly, maintenance! His commitment to physical well-being manifests through his dedicated gym routine, enthusiasm for cold water therapy, and passion for wing foiling.
With over a decade of experience in the dynamic startup ecosystem in the UK, Lukas recently embarked on an exciting journey to Poland, where he is spearheading efforts to expand Canon Medical Systems' portfolio in the Pomorze region. His strategic prowess drives B2B sales growth, leveraging partnerships to unlock new markets and align products with local needs.

Kasia has 18 years of international experience in business development and strategic partnerships.
Her expertise includes developing and implementing health insurance solutions for international programs, with knowledge of travel health insurance, second medical opinion services, and travel-for-treatment programs. She is skilled in navigating regulatory landscapes and negotiating contracts with global healthcare providers.
Kasia has driven B2B sales growth in e-commerce environments by developing go-to-market strategies, including channel partnerships, market entry strategies, and product localization.
She also has extensive experience in cross-border trade and international partnership development.
Kasia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is fluent in English, Spanish, German, and Polish.
